TheCPASolutions is an outsourced accounting, taxation, and audit-support practice founded and led by a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Chartered Accountant (CA), serving clients across the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, the UAE, and India.

2. No professional advice

The content on this website is provided for general information only and does not constitute accounting, tax, audit, legal, or other professional advice. 3. Engagement terms govern services

Any services we provide are subject to a separate written engagement letter and, where applicable, a non-disclosure agreement, which set out the scope, fees, responsibilities, and other terms of that engagement. In the event of any conflict between these website Terms and a signed engagement letter, the engagement letter prevails for that engagement.

4. Free pilot

Where we offer an introductory block of complimentary work (a "pilot"), it is offered at our discretion, carries no obligation on either party to continue, and is subject to the scope agreed during the discovery process.
