Outsourced accounting,
tax and audit support in the USA
Federal, state and local. Prepared under US GAAP, reviewed by a CPA, and delivered to your firm's file conventions rather than ours.
Working in United States
American firms do not outsource because they want to save money. They outsource because they cannot hire - and because January to April arrives whether or not the seat is filled.
We work as capacity, not as a vendor. Returns come back in your software, under your naming conventions, with a preparer's memo that tells your reviewer where the judgment calls are. Bookkeeping comes back reconciled and tax-ready rather than technically complete.
The practice is led by a Certified Public Accountant who is also an Indian Chartered Accountant, with six years across EY, BNP Paribas and a listed manufacturer's finance function. Every deliverable is reviewed before it reaches you.
Built for CPA firms first
Roughly the way we work with an American firm: you keep the client relationship, the engagement letter, the portal and the signature. We are capacity behind your firm's name.
That means working inside your tax software under your license, following your file-naming and workpaper conventions, and never contacting your client. It also means we sign a confidentiality agreement that mirrors your IRC section 7216 disclosure framework before any data moves.

USA-specific
questions.
The ones US firms and businesses ask before the first engagement.
Are you a US-licensed CPA firm?
The practice is led by a Certified Public Accountant who is also an Indian Chartered Accountant. We provide preparation and support services to US firms and businesses; we do not sign returns, issue audit opinions, or practice before the IRS in your place. Your firm remains the signing and responsible party.
How do you handle IRC section 7216?
We work under your firm's existing 7216 disclosure and consent framework and execute a confidentiality agreement that mirrors it. We can send our standard NDA and a sample consent clause for your counsel before any client data is shared.
What is the time-zone arrangement?
The delivery team works India hours, which means work you hand over at the end of your day is typically back before your next morning. For engagements that need it, we run an overlap shift into the US morning.
Can you handle multi-state complexity?
Yes - multi-state apportionment on returns and economic-nexus monitoring on the indirect-tax side. Multi-state is one of the more common reasons firms bring work to us rather than one of the reasons they hesitate.
We also work in
Fourteen free hours on a live USA file.
Pick one client, one week. We do the work, you judge it, and you keep it whether or not you continue.
