Outsourced Payroll Services
Payroll is the one process where a mistake is personal. It is run on a fixed calendar, reconciled to the ledger every cycle, and filed on time in every country we serve.
Why firms bring this to us
Payroll errors are not accounting errors. An employee whose pay is short, or whose year-end statement is wrong, does not file a support ticket - they lose confidence in the business.
We run payroll on a published calendar with a named person responsible for each cycle, reconcile every run back to the general ledger, and file the statutory returns in the same week rather than at quarter end.
Where you already have an in-country provider, we do not replace them. We run the preparation, the reconciliation and the ledger posting around them, which is usually where the errors actually originate.
What the engagement covers
- Cycle processing - Gross-to-net calculation, off-cycle runs, terminations, bonuses and expense reimbursements, on a fixed published calendar.
- Statutory filing - Payroll tax returns and remittances filed on time in every jurisdiction we run, with confirmations sent to you.
- Year-end forms - W-2 and 1099, P60 and P11D, T4 and T5, payment summaries, and the reconciliation that proves they tie to the ledger.
- GL reconciliation - Every run posted and reconciled to the general ledger in the same cycle, not at quarter end.
- Employee records - Starters, leavers, benefit changes and statutory leave tracked and documented, with an audit trail.
- Contractor payments - 1099 and off-payroll worker classification support, vendor onboarding and year-end information returns.
The same service, six sets of rules
One team holds all six, which is why cross-border work does not get handed between vendors who each see half of it.

Four steps, and you see the work at each one
Nothing here depends on you changing systems, retraining staff or signing a long-term contract.
-
Calendar
We publish the cut-off, processing and pay dates for the year before the first run. No cycle is ever a surprise.
-
Input
Timesheets, changes and approvals collected through your existing channel - we do not force a new tool on your managers.
-
Run & review
Gross-to-net prepared, variance-checked against the prior cycle, and reviewed before anything is released for payment.
-
File & post
Statutory filings submitted, confirmations returned to you, and the journal posted and reconciled the same week.
We work in your stack

Asked before
every engagement.
If yours is not here, ask it on the call - we would rather answer it before you commit than after.
Do you process the actual payment?
No - funds stay under your control. We prepare the run, produce the payment file or bank upload, and you release it. We never hold client money or have payment-release authority.
What happens if a run is wrong?
We publish a variance check against the prior cycle precisely to catch this before release. If an error still reaches an employee, we correct it as an off-cycle run at our cost, and send you a written account of how it happened.
Can you work alongside our existing payroll provider?
Yes, and it is common. We handle preparation, reconciliation and ledger posting; your in-country provider keeps the filing relationship. Most errors we find sit in the handoff between the two, which is exactly where a reconciliation catches them.
How is employee data protected?
Payroll data is handled under the same controls as everything else we touch: role-based access, VPN-only connections, multi-factor authentication and no external storage on the delivery floor. Details are on the trust and security page.
