Outsourced Audit Support for CPA Firms
Workpapers your reviewer can sign. Prepared by people who were trained to the standard that gets inspected, not to the standard that gets accepted.
Why firms bring this to us
Audit support is the hardest thing on this site to outsource well, because a workpaper is not a deliverable - it is evidence. A lead schedule that ties but does not explain itself will fail peer review just as surely as one that does not tie.
Our audit work is supervised by a Chartered Accountant with Big 4 audit experience at EY, and it is prepared to the documentation standard that survives inspection: every number cross-referenced to a source, every judgment written down, every open item flagged rather than quietly resolved.
We do not issue opinions and we are not your engagement team. We prepare, you review, you sign. The independence stays exactly where it belongs.
What the engagement covers
- Lead schedules & workpapers - Prepared in your template, cross-referenced to trial balance and source, with tick-mark legends your reviewer already recognizes.
- Substantive testing - Sampling, vouching, cut-off testing and analytical procedures, documented to the standard your peer reviewer expects.
- Confirmations - Bank, AR, AP, legal and debt confirmations - prepared, dispatched under your firm's cover and tracked to resolution.
- Employee benefit plan audits - 401(k) and EBP testing: participant data, contributions, distributions, eligibility and the Form 5500 reconciliation.
- Financial statement drafting - Full statements with notes under US GAAP, IFRS or FRS 102, tied to the audited trial balance.
- Audit-trail reconstruction - For clients whose records went sideways before the audit began - documented remediation, with the limitations stated plainly.
The same service, six sets of rules
One team holds all six, which is why cross-border work does not get handed between vendors who each see half of it.

Asked before
every engagement.
If yours is not here, ask it on the call - we would rather answer it before you commit than after.
Does using you affect our independence?
No. We prepare working papers under your direction and supervision; we make no management decisions, issue no opinion and have no relationship with your client. Your firm remains the auditor of record and retains all professional judgment. We will sign whatever independence confirmation your quality-control policy requires.
Can you work inside our audit software?
Yes. We work in CaseWare, ProSystem fx Engagement, CCH Axcess and Engagement CS through your firm's licensed access, with named users and role-based permissions. Where you use Excel-based templates, we work in those instead.
What about peer review?
Our documentation is prepared to withstand it. Every workpaper carries a preparer name, a reviewer name, source references and a written conclusion. If your reviewer raises a point on our work, we remediate it at no charge.
Do you handle busy-season volume?
We commit capacity in advance rather than on demand. Tell us your January-to-April schedule by November and we will confirm what we can hold; we would rather decline volume than miss a filing date.
