Outsourced Tax Preparation Services

Returns prepared to review standard, not to first-draft standard. Built on six years inside EY, BNP Paribas and a listed manufacturer's tax function.

6Tax regimes
48 hrsStandard turnaround
2-tierReview on every return

Why firms bring this to us

Outsourced tax preparation fails for one reason: the firm receives a return that needs as much work to review as it would have taken to prepare. The saving evaporates, and the relationship ends after one season.

We prepare to a different standard. Every return arrives with a preparer's memo covering the positions taken, the items we could not resolve, and the specific questions we need answered - so your reviewer spends their time on judgment, not on reconstruction.

For CPA firms, the work is white-label. Your client sees your firm's letterhead, your firm's portal and your firm's partner signature. We are not in the room and we do not want to be.

What the engagement covers

  • US federal & state - Forms 1040, 1065, 1120, 1120-S and 1041, with multi-state apportionment, K-1 preparation and estimated-payment schedules.
  • UK - CT600 corporation tax computations, SA100 and SA800 self-assessment, and HMRC correspondence handled end to end.
  • Canada - T1 personal and T2 corporate returns with CRA compliance, capital-cost allowance schedules and GST/HST reconciliation.
  • Australia - Individual, company, partnership, trust and SMSF returns, prepared for ATO lodgement through your agent number.
  • UAE - Corporate Tax registration, computation and filing under the 9% regime, including free-zone qualifying-income analysis.
  • India - ITR for individuals, companies and LLPs; TDS returns, Form 26AS reconciliation and Form 3CEB transfer-pricing certification.
- By jurisdiction

The same service, six sets of rules

One team holds all six, which is why cross-border work does not get handed between vendors who each see half of it.

- How we run it

Four steps, and you see the work at each one

Nothing here depends on you changing systems, retraining staff or signing a long-term contract.

  1. Intake

You send the source documents through your own portal. We work from your checklist, or we build one from the prior-year return.

  2. Preparation

Prepared in your software, under your firm's naming and filing conventions, with every source document cross-referenced.

  3. Two-tier review

A senior preparer reviews, then a CPA or CA reviews again. Both names are on the file.

  4. Delivery

The return, a preparer's memo, an open-items list and the supporting workpapers - in one package, on the agreed date.

- Questions

Asked before
every engagement.

If yours is not here, ask it on the call - we would rather answer it before you commit than after.

Will our clients know the work is outsourced?

Only if you tell them. All work is white-label: prepared in your software, under your file conventions, delivered to you. We sign nothing and contact no client of yours unless you explicitly ask us to.

What is the turnaround during busy season?

48 hours for a standard individual return and three to five business days for a corporate or partnership return, with the queue agreed in advance. We commit to capacity before January so the dates are real rather than aspirational.

How do you handle IRC section 7216 consent?

We work under your firm's 7216 disclosure and consent framework and sign a confidentiality agreement that mirrors it. We can provide our standard NDA and a sample 7216 consent clause for your counsel to review before any data moves.

What if you take a position we disagree with?

Then you overrule us, and we document it. The preparer's memo exists precisely so that every judgment is visible to the reviewer before signature rather than discovered afterwards.

Fourteen hours of tax service, free.

One live file, one week, no card and no contract. If the work is not better than what you have, you walk away owning it anyway.
